Potential Red flags, looking for facts.

Potential Red flags, looking for facts.
I hope someone that reads this board can supply knowledgeable answers. So, I realize this is a micro company. Looking at the management and their back grounds is uninspiring. Their bio briefs are extremely vague, and purposely written that way. The two wells they've drilled are modest affairs, and probably maxed out the rigs drilling depth at 900 feet. The refining plant they are talking about is also vague in detail. I tried calling the Company, but apparently they are out of the office until next week. Their resource estimate was audited by a Director, who has his masters from North Carolina State, which is not exactly a leader in mine engineering. Now, all these things can be overlooked if there is an independent resource report, but, since there isn't, they are pretty concerning when taken as whole. So, the easiest question to answer is their refining plant. Is there an existing operating plant that they are using for a template for their design? I hope someone can speak with knowledge based on experience with this group, and I would very much appreciate any effort they extended.
