I'm a believer that the fed will not raise rates. They have to talk their book to encourage the u.s. consumer to get out there and buy. The economy is stronge......spend,spend,spend. The latest wage data tells a different story. The global workforce is dragging all our wages down. To believe America is different then the rest of the world is to be American.
