The Company covers over 75,000 gross (45,000 net) acres in Kaybob.

With the AGM just 5 weeks away, they would all be voted out, if they took such a major move just before the AGM and not seeking AGM proposal.

Afterall, management have over 10 % skin in the game too......and might not object to a full cash out..
