I will vote NOWe have capital to stand more than a year from now. Our new Pilot project and the revised mine plan is just out. This is the time to knock on doors and ask for investment. They were working with a partner on revised mine plan and didn't go to market with it. I say we say NO to the first offer and ask for a better one. 80m is not enough for a controling stake in western potash......without ever having a possibility to lose that control !
80million is nothing and i'm sure there are investors out there willing to cough up such a small amount of money for far less than what as been delivered. The market, like we did, heard about the revised mine plan 4 weeks ago. It's not the best offer you can get folks...SAY NO !
