I know that I sound like a broken record on this; Why are they not proceeding on the permit? It's only $100k that is holding back this important step! If they get a 700k+ ton order from Petronas, that leaves 300k for everthing else. If indeed the deep pockets in Ontario are excited, could not one of them write a cheque? Come on Vic - go get that permit!! OK
