Re Re Merger

Re Re MergerFCU management wanted at least $3.00 for shares. Now shareholders are prepared to vote down the merger and take less than $2.00. If 600w joins up with the main deposit they could have more than 200 million pounds and this is a very good possibliity.
No doubt in my mind the merger happened to prevent one of the big players getting PLS cheap. If no offer before Oct 31st the merger is a good option. DML just sold assets for 26 million and could sell African assets for much more. If they stop buying and keep selling losses should stop. While I agree DML has been a dog stock for years ,with new mangement and PLS this could change. Denison Energy will have a strong position in the most profitable uranium mining area in the world.
It will be a very sad day if this deposit is sold for less than $2.00, I hope many agree and vote for the merger . If a good offer comes along FCU will take it , pay the brealk fee and we are all happy.
