In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

I don't know if POSCO would be inclined to set up a plant in NV, as thereare not many Dogs or Cats there: https://www.change.org/p/samsung-hyundai-kia-lg-posco-sk-adopt-a-company-policy-to-ban-dog-cat-meat Anyway, came across this as I was searching on POSCO (couldn't watch the Youtube Video).
