Digital Marketing Specialist

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Assist management in developing acquisition strategies across channels such as SEM, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate and Email
  • Coordinate with other team members to create assets for high performing digital campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experience
  • Stay current on marketing best practices
  • Work with management to determine how to grow the business and track performance
  • Develops and refines channel marketing initiatives with emphasis on customer targeting and positioning, thereby increasing brand differentiation, awareness, and ultimately incremental sales growth.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant major...

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Experience with lead-generation and direct-to-consumer marketing preferred. Experience with AdWords, Bing and Facebook required. Experience with other paid digital platforms preferred.
