RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Circulars are filed.You need to read the portion of the circular that references the dissident rules, you will be paid fair market as determined by Oban.  You are mailing your protest to Ryan's legal counsel, not a judge.  Do you have actual experience in dissident rights that proves you are going to get the full cash per share?

If RYG trades at .12 at the close of business when the deal goes through, are you sure you're going to get .18 cash instead of .12?

I didn't ignore the ARB, I just don't believe it exists as you do.

A rollback of from 2:1 up to 6:1 would have been appropriate for RYG, but not eating everyone elses failure, too.

PS--what about the tax loss carryforwards--are you going to gt paid for those also?
