what caused the dump

what caused the dumpfrom 6$ down to 56cents?
I dont think its going down because as a new person not speculating tring to value invest you got a company that has so many moves and even if it goes down so what? the stock was worth 6$ nothing has changed other than the price of oil which hasn't dropped in value by 80+%  like the stocks lost almost 90% so im not concerned about debt ruining the company thats why they have strategy, I'm more into how do I help a company like this that I own a share of gain its value like where can I see number of investors or average shares per holder!? from what I've read company strategists and managers and owners obviously have a majority share in a company like this its their lively hood and they would do the best thing that we would want no matter what they make it clear they want to produce and be valuable. the owner of that largest stake probably has his lively hood litterally on the line nevermind somone else trying to buy in however would people throwing their own necks out on the chopping block be what this company needs to rebound stock interest because iamwcw makes a good point that is the debt and production and a few other things thats worth considering typically we shareholders are really distant from influencing a companies debt right? stock price doesnt matter to the debt thats looming, what is it called where a company offers shares to pay down debt? because if I was lossing my livelyhood and was sitting on half the shares than I would offer them for sale to get the debt down like selling penny stoxks to pay the visa?
