sure there is risk here in that this deal is just a ton of smoke particuliarily on a day when Anterra (the first big chinese investor in the patch is halted at .005 after piffing away tens of millions).
However, this shows that LRE are at least working on doing something to get their shareholders a bit of value out of their current position.
No risk buying this thing at .68 like it is now. Only a few weeks ago it was trading closer to a buck so there is more upside here than downside.
