Q2 will still have a AFFO payout ratio of about 100%. Q3 is when you will see the benefit of the acquisition and the cash starting to come in on their Manitoba tel building. That building alone is supposed to add .12 cents in AFFO a year. It is way under nav but may have to be patient until Q3 results .....
