Earnings report coming out soon.  Nothing will have changed....Ebita will be up, cross selling will be up.  Profits will be up.   Does it really matter who sold shares and why.  Not really.  Traded 34 million shares last week, I didn't catch the names of all the people who sold, apparently two people were remembered,  oh wait a minute didn't they transfer shares......and then buy 4 million more.   Come on people, nothing has changed.  Shorts are having a blast at your expense.  JMO still long still buying
