1) has received non-binding indicative offers and expressions of interest from a number of third parties, most of which are active in the fertilizer / agriculture sectors; and 2) are expected to submit binding proposals in the second quarter of 2015. Well, Q2 has passed and by all indications it seems they have but 1 offer. That's quite a change if that is the case. One thing I do know about this co. is they are capable of pulling off things when you least expect them. I'm not completely sure what to think about the single offer except that I am not convinced that's all there is to it. My notes show that the judge's decision was due July 31st. We should see a NR on that unless the date changed. I've also noted that the Modal working capital loan is due this month. Does anyone have any updates or know anything further? Thanks if you do.

That is not the latest NR related to the bids - June 15th NR notes that they recieved revised bids.

They have chosen one as the preferred bid hence the 'exclusivity' being granted. As a shareholder I believe others were for buyouts or JV's. This is likely the better long-term option.

Still praying for a hostile bid to develop.
