RE:US President Wants 32% Lower Emissions & More RenewalablesPeople were expecting Obama to go for 30% in 2030.  His aim for 32% is a positive for green energy.

However he will not be around to see it through.  Canada and China  and Japan are now in lonely boats.

All other major affluent countries are aiming for improvement.  Harper is the last western leader to be willing to accept reality.  Alberta bound ....... with no need for regular trips to Ottawa maybe
