Nothing comes from Asia that is not prefab.
I am in Victoria and we are getting a new 100 million dollar bridge. Except for the concrete foundation all the other parts come pre-fabricated. And, they made a mistake and they all have to be redone extending the completion by one year.
This is what the NDP and Justin has been critiscisig the BC gov't for with LNG have you not been paying attention. We have no contol over labour or who manufacters.
But who cares we are creatng a new industry and local talent is now cheaper with the low dollar.
