peachfuzz, thanks for the laugh...it seems to me that like many science guy bearskinned get skineed whenever he wanders from his science guy world.  his comment about "not widely known" is pure rubbish WABS...Hepa knew of 208 and they are chinee...IMO 208 is not desired by other potential partners as it was for hepa (who BTW had no science skin in the game but a boatload of free cash)  other partners may be wrong but bearskinned is a rube if he believes what he posted.
