International Datacasting Corporation Changing Web Site and Moving Headquarters to New Facilities

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 15, 2007) - International Datacasting Corporation, (TSX:IDC) announced today that it is moving from its long-time head office location in west central Ottawa to a new facility in Kanata, Ontario. At the same time, IDC will be unveiling its new website and new home on the Internet: www.datacast.com .
The move will provide the company with upgraded and state of the art research and development, manufacturing and systems integration facilities. The new location is situated in the west end of Ottawa which is recognized as the centre of Canada's high-tech community and known for being the home of the Ottawa Senators NHL hockey team.
"This is an exciting time for all of us at IDC," said Ron Clifton, CEO and President. "The structure of the company is changing as we move forward with new products and applications, we have outgrown our old facilities and it is time for a move.

The move is scheduled to take place during the week of August 22nd. International Datacasting Corporation will be open for regular business at the new facilities on Monday August 27th.
