RE:Dev Was Out-smarted
i don't think so Ab-ort, if i were to speculate, i'd say he was given no choice to accept the lowball, or have it go hostile, risking all he's done til now.. if that were the case, and i'm only speculating, imagine the support if he came out and said, "Lundin is trying to screw us, because the market sucks and all his big boy friends are sitting on their chips, i told him to screw it, but now he wants to "merge", yeah, that makes a bit of sense, but that's not the plan, i think we can get through this, we got 100+ million frigin pounds, pea due out, (go read some more quakes for cryin out loud!), market conditions got to change and we can stick to the plan til they do, or i'll resign,  so lets say "screw you" to him!.. only more  politely."... personally, i might still have decided to sell, would have walked away with less than i had expected, but without feeling i'd been had...
in anycase, ive stated my position clearly, and i'm slowly unwinding with every blip up which really sucks, cuz i've never been a price watcher with the exception of '85. 2000. and 2008..
good luck all!
