Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

It seems ....

someone made short order of that unexpected bump in SP. Clearly, the powers that be want this to stay down. To what end remains to be seen but I still believe it is to make any offer/s look more appealing to the shareholders even if they are not remotely close to fair market value or reasonable.
