bill, thanks yah so what was he thinking???? IMO as ITC's seem tapped out i'm guessing that $8M has to come from a PP and so the pump and dump to $0.27 was pro traders getting out..and that IMO is why price is range bound and i have no current interest in buying ...but i expected this number for some time, why is GK just stating it now???
