There are 16 interested parties who have signed confidentiality agreements. They are not married to the wells and everything is for sale at a reasonable price or not at all, they won't give anything away. As for hedges there are some in place to end of 2015 and they will look into getting more for 2016 when conditions are better. Debt is going down like everyone wanted, approx. 1.5 B by year end, this didn't seem too bad to me. You can listen to a replay of the CC for their exact wording.
