Be Rationale - shares are worthless

Be Rationale - shares are worthlessLast Debenture note traded at $1.00 or 1 cent  for every $1 par value (See NKO.nt). These unsecured notes rank behind the senior debt lenders and ahead of the common shareholders. Therefore if you believe the company will survive you should first see the Notes trade up which they are not. For example the notes mature at Par Value in 2017 therefore you could get a 100 bagger if you bought the notes at todays price versus buying the shares where you would need a $10 share price to get the same return. Conclusion, sell your shares and buy the notes if you think the company will survive.
