In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. And nobody is selling during this rise higher than C$1. Perhaps the sellers understand that the C$1 price is a key threshold that it will attract funds and institutions who were unable to buy PENNY STOCKS when PTA was below C$1.

Folks, keep in mind that PTA now has almost 110 million oustanding shares and the BUYER had to increase his bid by 20 cents (from C$1 to C$1.20) to buy only 60,000 shares !

60,000 shares at C$1.10 means just 66,000 CAD !

In other words, the buyer bought only 60,000 shares from C$1 to C$1.20 which is much less than 1% of PTA's total outstanding shares!
