I think there is more to this move higher than meets the eye

I think there is more to this move higher than meets the eyeSRN moved up for almost two weeks before the buyout news was released. Unfortunately, sometimes this is the way these stocks appear to trade....on leaks. I might be wrong on a possible buyout, but I hope not. I'd love to see a $2+. bid take out PTA, unless a bidding war takes place, then game on. Also, as pointed out by Value Digger's analysis, PTA's fair value is closer to $3 based on his pre-consolidation analysis. GL, longs.
