Calling a bottom on REITS

At 10% dividend yield, this one is either at the bottom or about to bottom out. My guess is that it bottomed out already and we missed it. I call a slow rebound until the end of 2015 to $27-28. D.UN, like the entire sector in general, is massively oversold and now trades at ridiculous valuations.

My verdict is a buy.
