RE:RE:Hey SBI was thinking Diwip mostly for their extensive portfolio of games. CNS does have a very nice Sports Betting Platform. CNS needs scale in the worst way, and is dirt cheap right now. A tie-up with NYX would make the most sense. They could probably be had with a small combination of debt and shares. In fact, they could sell only the Sports Division to NYX, and the Lottery Division to Pollard or Innova or someone like that.
