Indeed, and Bob's comments do not provide any reason for buying the stock. However insiders  have found a good reason for buying the stock. From Jan 23 - March 25 they bought as follows:

Adamson (100K)
Green (25K)
Livingstone (40.5K)
McDonald (10K)
McVeigh (195K)
Tognetti (4,526K)

In those two months more insiders purchased more stock than at any other time in the companies history.

Why? They know and we don't, but perhaps we will find out shortly.
