"If Dalsin and Green stay involved with PHM in any way, The investment community will not back them. Until that is resolved, this stock will continue to decline. IMO"

As PHM's new management demonstrate the value of Dalsin's and Green's Sleep Management/PHM deal over the next few quarters the fools in the investment community who lost faith will fall in love with them all over again.
