What is going on is that:

1. John Bennett lives in Palm Desert and has an ankle bracelet.

2. He is out on a bond of $1,000,000 with movement restrictions.

3. Jury selection is 2/17/16.

4. Trial date is 2/22/16.

So he is going to be a drain for a while and the case can be tracked on Pacer, US District Court NJ, Case Number 2:09-cr-00656-JA6
