Merger Vote

Merger VoteThe documents on the merger will contain a voting sheet which will allow you to vote your shares by mail or online by entering the code on the form. You may get several packages if you have different accounts or deal with several investment firms. The reality is that most shareholders vote by selling shares or dont vote at all. Purchasers of the shares of those selling after the merger was announced ,usually go to shareholders in favour of the deal or they would not be buying. I dont think FCU will end up in the merger as it will be gone, if this does not happen it will be merged like it or not.
Please keep in mind the stock prices for uranium, oil and gold as well as other commodities have been in a tail spin for years. Cant hardly blame mangement when all stock charts look basically the same. U308 has gone from $100.00 a pound to $35.00 need anymore reasons ! The uranium industry is in a much better place now with a bright future. Those not hanging in will live to regret it as I have looked around and can find nothing that looks better for the short term other than cash.
Good luck to all !
