RE:RE:RE:ALFA: First buy 10% (min), then make an offer for PTA First of all , the DAVE isnt playing with a full deck. Not even close.

At some time PTA will most likely be bought out.  But in my opinion I do not believe it will be until they get the share price much higher, however long that takes. when that time comes it will be for around the 10 bucks a share range..  As oil price recovers this company is well positioned to become very profitable and very much sought after.  Columbia is becoming a more and more desirable location to be for energy producers.
