The analysts of First Majestic would been totally distracted if it would be the case that the current mine of Silvercrest would have a decreasing production in the coming years.

In fact SVL had almost a production rate as Endeavour Silver, but the share price is quite different. At this time the the takeover bid is a disadvantage for SVL shareholders because it prevents that the price can recover to former levels.

What we saw was a systematic pull down for the price of SVL shares in the forefield of the takeover bid, well alligned with the seasonal recession at the stock market. First Majestic is hot to takeover Silvercrest (the mines of it) ... any talk about decreasing production rates is misleading.

Shareholders would do themselves a disadvantage when they agree to and vote for the takeover. With some positive results for the quaters the price will go back to old highs and not thrown away for 1.30 CA$ per share.
