The big wigs put in 8 million of their own cash, who wouldn't when your taking over a company worth 250 million. In the shuffle here they also gave themself BIG FAT stock options in the future that you don't see today. Ask yourself how did they end up with 134 million shares with a 5-1 rollback, and if they are such big hitters in the industry look at the volume!!!
