RE:RE:Pre-market ordersLOY has always had great potential, but let's face it, previous Management messed up big time. 
Looks like New Management is doing a great job in turning this around, congrats to them, stock price will come back to life with all the moves they are making.    I agree at least 15 cents in the near term.
