Can someone clearly explain

Can someone clearly explainIf both Beacon and Mackie were the 2 largest institutions to underwite the PP as per that news release
and
if they both issued buy ratings (which thye did)

yet 2 of the largest institutional shareholders are angry according to a lot of the posters here

who is being talked about? what are the names of these angry institutions does anyone know?

Is it these two?
Relationships are a funny thing I suppose it could be
but come on how could it be?
a company could say to the world this is a good thing all while whispering
in their best friends ear they are not happy.

But if they new their best friend might tell others would they risk their reputations?
I wonder what the names of the angry institutions actually are?
Does anyone know.....?
Big ask I think you said the they are angry and were lied to who are they?
