Temex Announces New Date for Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting August 10, 2015 (TORONTO, ONTARIO): Temex Resources Corp. (TSX-V: TME, FWB: TQ1) (Temex or the Company) announces that it has postponed its annual and special meeting of shareholders that was to have been held on August 20, 2015. The new date set for Temexs annual and special meeting of shareholders is Monday, September 14, 2015 (the Meeting). The Meeting will be held to consider, among other things, the proposed plan of arrangement pursuant to the terms of an arrangement agreement (the Lake Shore Arrangement Agreement) entered into between Temex and Lake Shore Gold Corp. (Lake Shore) dated July 31, 2015, on the terms disclosed in the Companys press release of July 31, 2015. The record date for the Meeting will remain as July 16, 2015. Full details of the Lake Shore Arrangement Agreement and the proposed plan of arrangement, and all other matters to be considered by shareholders at the Meeting, will be contained in the Companys management information circular which will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
