Totally agree with you on that one. Couldn't believe China devalued 2 days in a row. Was looking pretty bleak for me this morning, holding HVI, but managed to escape with just a rap on the knuckels. I think you may be right about buying at $ 3 as it appears sentiment was going negative on the market again. Will wait and see what the morning brings.
