Landmark

Landmark Oh Landmark. I hope you fish better than your understanding of this business. That is possible I guess. If a company paid upfront for the right to get the commodities at a discount (fixed or floating price) down the road. TK paid zero to promise to buy Nb at a price where they could market it and make a profit down the road - floating price. It means nothing to me. Ya sure, you produce it we'll market it and mark it up. Whoop. In fact they were induced by being given $0.67 wt's that expire in December. Keep an eye on those. TK paid ZERO. Off takes with no skin in the game are of very little value. Look at Alloycorp with 70% offtakes. None IMO. Their help in the German loans guarantees could have some value post final feasibility I suppose. If we ever get there. What would be great for Nb to get is a hard price offtake with money up front for Sc since its the main game now. Since Sc is a tiny market, getting SRK or whoever to sign off on FFS economics may require a hard price offtake. Ain't happening IMO.
