NHC PHM

So here we have one of the founders on NHC sold some shares at $9 and no one cared at the time. But when Dalsin sells a few to settle a tax liability you all went ape sh$t and hammered the stock down 50%. Really makes no sense at all.

So speaking of NHC they report earnings tomorrow. I am loading on them and will rotate into PHM Friday on the pop.
