SVL earns $3.86 m, 1.35$/share, EDR loses $1 m, 2.28$/share

SVL earns $3.86 m, 1.35$/share, EDR loses $1 m, 2.28$/share
Now all becomes quite suspicious and one may ask if the current Board of Directors of SVL really works in best interests of its shareholders!?! ... They knew the results of the quarter before and just when one compares the figures with other mining companies it becomes obviousely that there is a drastic difference between the results of the quarter and the share price.

Again, Silvercrest is in a operational state where I take Endeavour Silver as comparison. SVL earns $3.86 m, 1.35$/share, EDR loses  $1 m, 2.28$/share.

To say it frankly, without that suspicious takeover bid from FR the price per share of Silvercrest would be futher on its way up.

And what really is a reason to change the BoD from Silvercrest is, that they now have to pay a breakout fee for a nasty offer they were willing to accept.
