RE:Executive compensation revisitedInteresting, so if JJ was a billion dollar deal and share price does not change bw dates there is a $20 M pool.  I guess if street did not like deal and stock sold off then based on the SP clause the bonus would decrease.  I went back and the SP was close to unchanged ( maybe up a buck).

my guess is that this can't be too unusual.  I read in one of the documents they hired independent compensation consultants and that they would have ensured that this was close to the norm.  

This deal was a game changerg though so I don't really mind too much.  

Hopefully the pool is shared and the two top guys did not take the whole 100%.
