RE:RE:RE:Kerrobert Area Funding,,, yes, but I still can't get my head around lending 25,000,000 dollars to an under 1 million dollar company that may or may not currently have rights to the Kerrobert area, has closed their light oil facility due to water concerns has all production proceeds from West Hazel going to a third party contractor due to default on the water facility and has historically lost money on every attempted ventuere.
There is huge risk involved and the McBean group does have a fidicuary duty to their clients, a duty which may preclude the lending of any funds to ARW. The same will likely be true of any other source of funding with the only potential cash raising being a potential PP after a 10:1 roll back. In that scenario the stock price would rise to .15 and in order to raise 10 million,(last published operating deficit ), they would have to issue 70 million shares. This would reduce the total stake of current share holders to less than 10% of their original holdings. Either way... BK, if it comes, or PP we will lose.
By the way I dumped that 85k at 3.5 and I am totally out of oil until I see some reasonable chance for profit..
