There is a fortune to be made hear in this sector over the next few years if you can keep your discipline, pick the winners and get a little luck in timing.
If your get this opportunity right you might never have to be right again. (because you will make so much freakin money.)
However, it is all easier said than done. If it was easy I wouldn't be hear typing with all of you. Plus It might take years to fully gain.
One thing I can tell you is that I have made some good money picking up American real estate over the last few years. Houses in Phoenix have appreciated 40% from there lows + I am sitting at a forex gain of roughly 30% because I changed Canadian for American at $1.10
You win some and you lose some, It is always darkest before the dawn.
