I'm curious...what do you feel is the current state of the company? Can you elaborate? Aside from the loss of NHL - are they losing customers? Is revenue decreasing? Has the industry fundamentals and growth rate changed overnight? Have they lost key talent? Is their technology yesterday's news? Yes MBLAM or "Bam Tech" spinoff is a major competitor - but this is a HUGE international market - plenty to go around for everyone. And yes - with the recurring revenue flows for NLN - this is an easy takeover target. ....folks - I started taking a position in NLN over the last week. I have watched this stock for 3 years and thought I missed the boat when it enjoyed the growth it has over the last 2 years. This is why I keep a watch list - and I watch for years if I have to. I remember when this was in the $0.30 range to $0.50 range. What has changed? Well - back on March 14, 2014 - when it was last trading at $0.67 cents - they had a fraction of the customers, a fraction of the revenue and growth, a fraction of the employees, a fraction of everything....... This was a gift unlike anything I could imagine - to buy in at March 14, 2014 levels - that was 1.5 years ago! In that 1.5 years they enjoyed steady - solid growth. To buy this based on the loss of one client generating 12%..... There are a lot of nervous investors - but come back in a year or so and lets see if this is trading at $0.30 to $0.60 - i'll bet the farm it isn't. This will allow me to recoup some of my losses in the oil patch... Good luck.
