The Company’s primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve these objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) rated BB. In addition, the Company may invest up to 35% of its total assets (at the time of investment) in CLO equity securities and other securities and instruments that are consistent with its investment objectives. The Company may also invest in other securities and instruments objectives such as securities issued by other securitization vehicles. The Company may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, senior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAF) and other related securities and instruments. The investment advisor of the Company is Eagle Point Income Management LLC.

all bad news?

all bad news?Has anyone spoken to investment relations lately and if so do they have any light to shed on this woeful situation. The company on the face of it still appears to be viable and even worthy of long term considerations. It would be interesting to see another veiw apart from the doom and gloomers'
