LH62, the timing can be traced but I do believe that rumour was a bit earlier though and proved unwarranted. That is why the high hope of a leg to the upside for the Sleep deal. The acceleration to the downside then really picked up speed.

But anyway, watch out for a value trap. I will take a look at PHM again only when there is a breakout in price after a long base building.
