NICH.... come down off your throne for a second.  The stuff that you come up with never answers a single question or provides any meaningful incite for the average investor.  There may be the odd bashing comment on this board, but I am sure a lot of us are thinking it anyway.  Now 5 months since financials were coming shortly.  "... auditors cant be pressured..." !!! that is the best you can do?  Complete joke.  You have an ulterior motive for filing them when it best suits you.  IF it ever happens.  As for the contract, I am pretty sure there are a ton of contingencies in this so-called document, which remove any kind of guarantee that this project will come to fruition.  THIS IS NOT A BASH, THIS IS SIMPLY REALITY.  Until GNO sees its first $1 from this project, you will face continual challenges from this board.  Until GNO actually sees sales of its Crystal units, you will face continual challenges from this board.  Until GNO files its grossly overdue filngs, you will face continual challges from this board.   Until GNO has an actual AGM, you will face continual challenges from this board.  THERE IS NOTHING ELSE FOR INVESTORS TO DO!!  CANT EVEN MAKE MY OWN DECISION TO SELL MY SHARES!!!
