Well, what to say about this whole game and management, so much was said already.
Just: "Vote NO" ... this could be the slogan for SVL shareholders.
But perhaps or again that in case the majority votes "NO" to the takeover bid from FR ... it is also time to say good bye to the BoD of Silvercrest. When these guys want to be retired then send them into retirement.
My guess is they are no longer a trustworthy management in regard of working in best interests for their shareholders.
