My thoughts on the MergerI am conflicted because I would have preferred competing bids driving up the price like the RoughRider zone. On the other hand, in a merger you don't want to cost your new partner too much in the deal because it would only make the new entity weaker as a whole. I do like the fact Denison has it's foot in the door in the Eastern Athabasca basin where all the big projects are. There are only so many mills and to have a decent stake in the one that will be refining for Cigar Lake. I like the fact Denison owns Waterbury which will be developed/bought by Rio Tinto when they mine Roughrider. All in all, I still go back and forth on the deal but I like both companies so well see where it goes.
